We all know that for our physical and mental wellbeing we should do more exercise. But most of us struggle to do as much as we should. The most common excuse, by a long way, is lack of time. Sound familiar?

Well, give me 30 MINUTES TWICE A WEEK and I can assure you will be able to fit your workout around work and family time, and still have a social life! And of course you will get stronger, leaner and happier too. This method of training is by far the most preferred option for my clients who were surprised that they can still achieve a stronger and leaner body with just 30mins twice a week (of course with a sensible eating habit)


£30 for 30 minutes. £45 for 45 minutes

Your first session will include a consultation for me to understand your lifestyle, personal preferences, your specific goals and objectives, and a general physical assessment. You will have a bespoke programme that fits around your work and family life, ensuring that it is adaptable, effective, achievable and fun.Your fitness programme may include different training methods ranging from resistance training, free-weights, kettlebells, body weight exercises,  pad work, cardio, high intensity interval training, yoga and Pilates.

I work with everyone, regardless or age and regardless of what level you are starting at.
