DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage is not a relaxing massage. It is best suited for athletes, sports persons and people with injuries, strains and sprains. It can also work for people with chronic pain conditions such as:

fibromyalgia
Deep tissue massage may help treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is great for full-body relaxation. It can help loosen up tensed muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or driving or travelling long distance. It can also be very helpful for people who hold a lot of tension in their lower back, shoulders and neck.
TABLE INTEGRATED THAI & DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This massage is an integration of Traditional Thai and Deep Tissue Massage. It is performed on a massage table with application of massage oil. This massage combines techniques from passive stretching, deep tissue massage, acupressure, reflexology, and trigger point therapy.
THAI FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Thai Foot reflexology is an ancient form of massage that may be able to aid in several aspects of relaxation, improved wellness, and pain relief. It involves stretching, massaging and applying acupressure to the reflex points in the feet and lower legs to activate the body meridian lines. These reflex points correspond to specific organs, glands and functions of the body to promote self-healing and wellness.
MADERO ‘WOOD’ THERAPY
45 minutes/£60
Originating in countries such as Egypt, China and India, wood therapy has been practised for centuries as a way to promote physical and mental well-being. This therapeutic approach harnesses the natural properties of wooden tools to enhance the body’s natural healing processes.
The use of this therapy has also spread for aesthetic purposed since it can also be used to firm, tone the body’s, to reduce localised fat and fight cellulite on the legs and abdomen if required. For aesthetic purposes, a course of 3-5 sessions consecutively with short gaps between each session is recommended.
Please note that this is not a relaxing massage.
ACURESSURE HEAD MASSAGE

This massage applies a range of techniques that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders. It may ease symptoms of a headache, migraine and reduce stress. It can also improve mental and emotional wellness too.
ACUPRESSURE FACE MASSAGE

This face massage may alleviate symptoms of sinus and tightness in the jaw and relieve symptoms of tired eyes. It involves massaging key facial muscles and pressure points to release tension in our face, promote oxygen and blood flow in our skin, reduce puffiness, keeps our skin looking fresh.
HEAVEN & EARTH

This ultimate massage combines Thai Foot Reflexology with either Acupressure Head or Face Massage (pls confirm selection when booking)
Indulge in this holistic massage combination that enhance, uplift your physical, mental and emotional state of wellbeing. This massage will leave you feeling blissful and rejuvenated.
BESPOKE THERAPY
60 minutes/£60 or 90 minutes/£90
If the client is not too sure which massage or therapy to choose, this would be a suitable choice. The session will be completely tailored to suit the way the client is feeling on that day, in that moment.
The therapist will have a chat with the client on the day to determine how the client is feeling, whether the need is like to relax, reenergise, detox or restore.
Experience a 60 minutes bespoke therapy that combines different massage therapy and may focus on particular areas that will address concerns and leave you feeling rejuvenated, restored and relaxed
A 90 minute session will allow plenty of time to include a full body massage as well as incorporating other form of therapy like Sound Healing or Reflexology to fully allow you to let go and relax in a deeper way.
ON-SITE MASSAGE
On-site massage is suitable for events like trade shows, corporate events, marathons and fun run, or celebration, gathering with friends and family like birthday parties or hen’s do. The practitioner will bring a portable massage bed to the venue for 15-30 minutes treatment each person. Please contact to discuss further.

Please do not book a massage:
If you have a fever or flu. Massage increases overall circulation and could therefore work against your body's natural defenses.
If you have a recent surgery/operation (6 months) (scarring process must be complete).
Contagious skin diseases i.e. cold sores, conjunctivitis, wounds as there is a high risk of cross infection. Once the infection has been treated with medication and has cleared up, massage can be carried out.
Viral or fungal diseases e.g. Athlete’s foot, veruccas or warts, nail infections. Please wait until the area is clear of infection. Same applies to other infectious conditions.
POST PREGNANCY: Wait 6 months after c-section, 6 weeks after normal delivery (after doctor’s check up). Wait till your 1st trimester is over before getting a massage.
