GENTLE YOGALATES

Yoga cultivates strength, flexibility and ease; Pilates strengthens the core from within. Breath, movement and mindfulness weave through both practices.

This practice supports you in identifying imbalances and areas of weakness, then teaches you how to realign and stabilise your body with awareness.

A welcoming class for all abilities, particularly anyone managing health concerns, mobility challenges or who prefers a slower-paced practice. Please bring a mat and a towel for support under back, head or knees.

MONDAYS 10.00AM to 11.00AM. Each class £13.00

CORE-FLEX YOGALATES

Move, strengthen and lengthen through a mix of Yoga, Pilates and core-focused exercises. Improve flexibility, mobility and muscle tone while cultivating strength in body and mind. Ideal for anyone who enjoys a more energising, active practice.

Welcoming for all levels, with gentle hands-on guidance available.

Please bring your own mat and a towel that can be folded or rolled for support (back, head or knees).

THURSDAYS 7.00PM TO 8.00PM. Each class £13.00
