Deposit, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are booked via the Fresha system, where card details are securely held. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, payable within 48 hours of receiving your booking link.

Please note:

  • Rescheduling and cancellation requests are handled Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and public holidays); your deposit will be transferred.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged in full.

Group Classes

Payment & Attendance

Payment is made via bank transfer.

To help manage availability and support all participants:

  • One replacement class per month may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

  • Missed classes are not carried over to the next block.

  • The current class timetable is available on the website.

  • If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to offer your space to a friend—please let me know in advance.
