Deposit, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are booked via the Fresha system, where card details are securely held. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, payable within 48 hours of receiving your booking link.
Please note:
Rescheduling and cancellation requests are handled Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and public holidays); your deposit will be transferred.
Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged in full.
Group Classes
Payment & Attendance
Payment is made via bank transfer.
To help manage availability and support all participants:
One replacement class per month may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Missed classes are not carried over to the next block.
The current class timetable is available on the website.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to offer your space to a friend—please let me know in advance.
