Secure Your Appointment: To confirm your appointment, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving deposit booking link. Appointments will not be secured without a deposit.

Rescheduling or cancellation requests are only accepted Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and public holidays); your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) will result in loss of deposit
Cancellations within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee to your payment card.
Payment and Attendance Policy
In my commitment to providing a high-quality and personalised experience for all clients—and out of respect for the time and planning involved—full payment is required prior to the start of each new block of group classes or personal training sessions.
We understand that life happens, and you may occasionally need to miss a class or session. Please take a moment to read the policy below:
GROUP CLASSES
To help manage availability and ensure fairness for all participants:
One replacement class is permitted per month. This is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Missed classes are not transferable to the next block.
A current list of class timings is available on my website.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to offer your spot to a friend for that session. Just let us know in advance so we can welcome them accordingly
