Massage Therapy : Deposit , Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Secure Your Appointment: To secure your massage therapy appointments, a non-refundable deposit is compulsory at the time of booking or within 48 hours of receiving a payment request notification via Fresha Booking system, otherwise appointment won’t be confirmed.

Reschedule Policy: Reschedule by giving a minimum of 48 hours notice, and your deposit moves to a new booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 48 hours forfeits the deposit. Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show, full payment will be charged to your payment card.

Notification Timing: Rescheduling or cancellation notices only accepted during weekdays from 9.00am to 6.00pm)

Full advance payment for Group Classes & Personal Training

In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, FULL payment is required before the commencement of each new block of group classes and personal training sessions.

For group classes, if you cannot make it to one of the session, you may attend another of my other classes scheduled for that particular month but not transferrable to the following month or next block of classes. Check my website for full list of classes and timing. Always message me before attending any replacement classes.

For personal training:

Reschedule Policy: minimum 48 hours notice should you wish to reschedule (only one reschedule will be considered for each block of sessions and subject to my availability).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation less than 48 hours, that particular paid session is forfeited.

 
 

Unfortunately these measures had to be put in place due to increased numbers of non attendance and late cancellations.
