Deposit, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and is payable within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation link. Payments are processed securely through Fresha, where your card details are safely stored.
Please note:
Rescheduling and cancellation requests are accepted Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and public holidays). Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments will be charged in full.
Group Classes

Payment is made via bank transfer.
To help manage availability and support all participants:
One replacement class per month may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Missed classes are not carried over to the next block.
The current class timetable is available on the website.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to offer your space to a friend—please let me know in advance.
