Your first session will include a consultation for us to understand your lifestyle, personal preferences, your specific goals and objectives, and a general physical assessment.

You will have a bespoke programme and nutritional guidance that fits around your work and family life, ensuring that it is adaptable, effective, achievable and fun.

Your fitness programme may include different training methods ranging from resistance training, free-weights, kettlebells, body weight exercises, cardio, high intensity interval training, yoga and Pilates.

Your friendly instructor will be with you at all times, guiding and ensuring that you stay on track to achieve realistic, visible and measurable results.

I work with everyone, regardless of what level you are starting at. Here, it’s all about the individual’s journey, so you only have to live up to your own standards.
