Kettlercise® + Lean is a body transformation and toning class using lightweight kettlebells. and cardio/body weight exercises to shape, sculpt and strengthen your body.

This 45 minute workout covers a huge range of kettlebell exercises and cardio/body weight exercises accompanied by specially synchronised music.
