Group Exercises Classes

Every body is welcomed to my classes which is suitable for for every level of physical fitness, regardless of age or experience**. Correct alignments and methods are important to me; therefore I offer variations and progressions of the exercises accordingly.

The Yoga & Yogalates classes are kept small and personal so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Kettlercise® classes are first-come, first-served as there are limited kettlebells, so please show up 10-15 minutes early or book your space in advance.

Body Shred classes gives you a good cardiovascular workout, strengthen and tone your whole body and make you leaner and fitter. Workout varies each week to keep you motivated and the sessions enjoyable.

Want a wicked total body workout? Then be fearless and slay it at Kettlercise® + Body Shred classes. The toughest workouts will lead to the biggest gains.

With a combination of abdominal strength work and yoga flow poses, this class is perfect for those who enjoys dynamic movements and is open to all levels.

Focus is on mind and body awareness, flexibility, balance and breathing exercises.

Yoga-lates is effective for improving muscle tone, developing leaner, stronger physique and may even promote weight loss.

Please bring your own mat.

Kettlercise® is a body transformation and toning class using lightweight kettlebells. You don’t have to train with huge kettlebells for it to be effective.

Kettlercise® covers a huge range of kettlebell exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques accompanied by specially synchronised music. The various minute-long exercises alternate between upper and lower body, to ensure you work every muscle group. 

Never before has it been so much fun to exercise with a kettlebell!

Welcome to your total body shred workout. In this 30 minutes class, we do a series of body weight, cardio and endurance exercises that helps to burn fat, make your muscles more defined, improve stamina, strength and keep your heart healthy.

Be ready to leave sweaty but with a BIG smile!!!
